Officially, TitlePlus! is known as Monroe County Land Title Co., Inc., an Indiana corporation. We've been in business since 1980, serving Monroe and surrounding counties. Over the years we've grown from one employee to 20 and are fortunate to have experienced title searchers, examiners, and closers. We're an agent for three of the nation's leading title underwriters: Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Corporation.

With an attorney on staff, we are able to prepare legal documents on site when necessary. In addition, an affiliated company handles Internal Revenue Code § 1031 tax-deferred exchanges throughout the nation (except Nevada ). We've dealt with transactions large and small, from simple lots sales to complex leasehold new construction.
